1 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c melted butter
2 egg whites
2 C strawberries, finely chopped
1 C white sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 C whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. To make the crust : combine flour, nuts, and brown sugar. Add melted butter, tossing to combine the ingredients. Spread the mixture in 9x13 inch pan.
3. Bake crust at 350 for 15min, stirring occasionally until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups crust mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Reserve the remaining crust mixture.
4. Filling: In large bowl combine, egg whites, strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed for 10 min. Fold whipped topping into the mixture. Carefully spoon filling over the crust mixture. Sprinkle the remaining crust mixture on top. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
