1 head cauliflower 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese 1 10 ounce bag or box frozen peas 1 cup celery, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped Dressing: 1 cup Cool Whip 1 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Mix with remaining vegetables.
Mix Cool Whip and Miracle Whip together and mix with remaining ingredients. Chill.
