2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn starch (heaping)
1 tbsp. cocoa (heaping)
1 t. vanilla
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and butter and heat slowly in heavy pan. In another bowl, mix cornstarch, cocoa, vanilla, egg yolks, and sugar. Add just enough milk to allow mixture to pour. Add slowly to heated milk stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Top with meringue or whipped topping.
