2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1/3 c. margarine
1 pt. sour cream
11 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 t. salt
2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes and margarine in a large bowl. Stir in sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt, and pepper. Place in a greased 13 x 9 inch casserole. Combine corn flake crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over top. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
