boil 6 eggs for 25 to 30 minutees

Peel and cut in half

Mix in a bowl - yolk, fork them until smooth
add salt and pepper, dry mustard and 1 teaspoon of vinegar, mix
thoroughly and add just enough mayonnaise to thicken to texture
firm enough to fill egg whites
