1 1/2 lb. hamburger or Italian sausage
16 ounce box lasagna noodles. May not need them all.
Sauce:
46 ounces tomato juice
12 ounces tomato paste
8 ounces tomato sauce
1 whole bay leaf and one crushed bay leaf
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 t. Oregano
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
2 t. oil
1 t. salt
Cheese Mixture:
3/4 lb. cottage cheese
3/4 lb. shredded cheese (cheddar/mozzarella)
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 t. Oregano
1 T. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles. Layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, starting with small amount of sauce, then noodles, then cheese mixture. Top with sauce.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand five minutes before serving.
