1 tbsp. butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 (16oz.) pkg. frozen niblet corn, thawed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. quick cooking grits
1 cup shredded Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook for 4 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in corn, cream, salt, red and white pepper bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer. Add grits and cook for 10-15 minutes or until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Serve immediately.
