1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. distilled white vinegar
2 tsp. active dry yeast (from 1/4 oz. pkg.)
1 2/3 c warm water (105-115)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c minced white onion
1/2 c mozzarella, grated
1/2 c white cheddar, grated
1 pdg. onion soup mix
1 c water

Preheat oven to 450 Dissolve 1/3 c water and yeast, let sttand
5 min. Combine: flour, salt, and vinegard
