whole wheat bread
garlic pepper to the 'buttered side'.
Add a piece of cheese

Directions:
Directions:
I put margarine on some whole wheat bread and add garlic pepper to the 'buttered side'.
Put it in the oven just long enough to make it a little crispy, not browned. Only takes like 3-4 minutes at 400. Add a piece of cheese
When its done, add tuna fish and brown spicey mustard.

Simple and kinda healthy
