2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups whipping cream (I use fat free half and half but whipping cream tastes better)
2 cups cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make 2 layers in a 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 400 for one hour covered and for 1/2 hour uncovered.
