4 filetes de lenguado, sin pellejos
1 taza de crema de leche batida
2 almendras (por persona) cortadas a lo largo
100 gramos de mantequilla (no margarina)
jugo de limón
perejil picado
salsa inglesa (Perrins)

Directions:
Directions:
A los filetes ponerles sal y pimienta y sumergirlos por ambos lados en la crema de leche.

Freírlos en mantequilla con un poquito de aceite hasta que están bien cocidos.

Acomodarlos en una fuente rociándolos con el jugo de limón, la salsa Perrins u otra y perejil picado.

Pasar las almendras por agua caliente, pelarlas y cortarlas en palitos; luego freírlas en mantequilla y colocarlas sobre el pescado.

Servir con nidos de papas rellenos con vainitas.
