1 envelope(.7oz.) italian dressing mix
1/2 cup veg. oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. minced green onion
2 tbsp. water
1 (8oz.) block Jack Cheese, chilled
1 (8oz.) block cheddar cheese, chilled
1 (8oz.) cream cheese, chilled

Whisk together 1st 6 ingredients. Set aside. Cut jack cheese in 1/2 lengthwise. Cut each 1/2 into 1/4in. thick slices. Repeat with cheddar and cream cheese. Arrange in 4 rows in shallow 2qt. baking dish, alternating each time. Pour marinade over cheese. Cover and chill 8 hours. Drain Marinade; arrange cheese on a platter in rows.
