11/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 4)
1 lb. sliced bacon
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Cut chicken into 1 in. cubes. Cut each bacon slice crosswise into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with wooden pick. Stir brown sugar and chili powder together. Dredge Chicken in mixture. Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick spray place on rack in pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
