1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 stick of butter
6 roasted green chiles, chopped
1 jar of Cheese Whiz
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
3/4 c. cooked white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat in large skillet. Saute onion and celery until onion is translucent. Add green chiles, soups, and Cheese Whiz. Cook over medium heat stirring often until cheese is completely melted. Add broccoli and cooked rice. Place lid on skillet and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir often to avoid burning. Place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
