21/2-3 lbs. chicken parts 1 cup flour 1/4 cup old bay seasoning 2 cups cooking oil 2 tbsp. water 1 egg, beaten
Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix flour and old bay seasoning in plastic bag. Heat cooking oil in large skillet. Combine egg and water in mixing bowl. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then shake in flour mixture. Fry over med. heat until golden brown, about 20 min per side.
