1/3 C tarragon vinegar, filled to 3/4 with water
1/2 C sugar
2 T flour
2 T prepared mustard
2 pkgs (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 C celery
1/2 C onions
1 small jar pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, cool and drain mixed vegetables. Heat vinegar and add sugar,mustard and flour. Cook until thick. Add celery, onions and pimiento to mixed vegetables. Pour the hot sauce over all. Cool and refrigerate.

I don't know where I got the recipe. It's a good one to have on hand for your daily vegetables and keeps several days.
