3 boxes organic vegetable broth
3 turnips, peeled and diced
2 med. white potatoes, peeled and diced
1 lg. white onion, diced
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 leek, sliced
1 sm. bag fresh spinach
1-2 tomatoes, diced (optional)
1 c. frozen peas
2 c. frozen green beans
2 stalks celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and heat over medium low heat. Add spinach near the end of cooking time.
