1 1/2 lb bacon or sausage (fried or crumbled or shaved ham
12 eggs, beaten
3 cup milk
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar/Colby cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 slices bread cut up in pieces

Directions:

Beat eggs and combine the rest of the ingredients except for bread. Spray a 9 X 13 pan with Pam. Pour over bread that have been crumbled. Let stand overnight until next morning. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
