6 c. mostaccioli, uncooked
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 red peppers, sliced lengthwise
2 yellow peppers, sliced lengthwise
1 lg. jar marinara sauce
5 T. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook mostaccioli according to directions. In pan, heat marinara sauce. Cover and keep warm on low. Fry chicken breasts until done. Season according to taste. Keep warm in oven. In the same pan the chicken was fried, saute onion and peppers in oil. Place chicken breasts on platter. Cover with peppers and onions. Pour heated marinara sauce over. Serve immediately.
