3 bags Hershey Real Chocolate Chips
2 cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 cup black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x13 cake pan
Put Eagle Brand Milk into a 4 quart pan over low heat, add chocolate chips and stir constantly until melted and only then add nuts,mix well and put into buttered cake pan.

This is a thick mixture and will have to be spread out into the cake pan.
