4 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Grease 12 deep muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly by hand. Add milk, flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Do not overbeat. Fill muffin cups full. Bake 25 minutes. Decrease oven temperature to 350. Bake 15-20 minutes longer. Remove from muffin tins immediately. Serve hot.

These may be served hot with butter or jam. Growing up, my girls loved to eat these with homemade strawberry jam.
