1 head of lettuce
4 hard cooked eggs-sliced
1/2 c. green peppers-diced
1 sweet onion-medium sized-diced
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 c. celery-diced
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas-uncooked
2 slices bacon-fried and diced
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
4 oz. of grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Tear the cleaned, crispy lettuce into small bite sized pieces and place into 9 x 13 in glass dish. Layer rest of the ingredients in order given, adding the sugar to the mayonnaise to make the "dressing". Spread the dressing on top of all the ingredients and top with cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.

At serving time, garnish with additional bacon and parsley.
