2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. ground pecans
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (extra)
1 c. butter, softened
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixer combine all ingredients, except extra powdered sugar. Mix well. Heat oven to 350º. Make into small balls (bite-size are best). Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes. Let cool a little then place in plastic bag with powdered sugar, roll gently. Then take form bag store in air-tight container. Cookies freeze beautifully. (You can dip cookies in chocolate instead of the sugar.)
