Place a filet of fish on a piece of foil. Spread with sauce made of 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 c. sour cream, scant 1 tsp. chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. horseradish. Place bread crumbs over top and bake at 450º for 15 minutes or until fork tender.
