3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 small can evaporated milk

Topping:
1/2 stick melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole dish. Mix all topping ingredients together and spoon on top of potatoes. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

This is also good at Thanksgiving. You can also put a few miniature marshmallows on top before baking.
