4 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped sweet red bell pepper
2 cups chopped green bell pepper
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 c. water + 1/2 c. water
2 Tbs. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. flour
2 Tbs. dry mustard
2 tsp. tumeric
10-15 cups raw corn

Directions:
Directions:
Boil for 5 min. - celery, bell pepper, onion, sugar, vinegar, 2 c. water, salt, and celery seed.
Blend: 1/2 cup water, flour, dry mustard, tumeric. in bowl. Add: about corn ( I get that huge sack of frozen corn from SAMS and use it ALL :)
Combine all of the above and boil for 5 min.
Put into hot sterile jars and seal.
Process in hot water bath for 15 min.

This relish is a great addition to your pantry. A family tradition is to get together once a year and have a corn relish making day. Talk about the Mom that has gone to be with her maker and enjoy the time together.
