12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
vegetable oil spray
1 tsp bottled minced garlic
1.5 cups water
1/4 cup bulgar or couscous (pearled barley is good also)
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
1/4 tsp dried sage, crushed
3 cups broccoli florets

Directions:

Cut Chicken into bite-size pieces. Spray a large skillet with
vegetable oil. Place over mdm-hi heat. Add chicken and garlic
and cook 2-3 minutes, turning once. Stir in water, bulgur, bouillon
granules, lemon peel, and sage. Arrange broccoli on top. Bring
to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7 to 10
min. or until chicken, broccoli, and bulgur are tender. Season
with pepper if desired.
