1 box Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Croutons
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 (12oz.) pkgs. Jimmy Dean Sausage
8 eggs
¾ tsp. Dry Mustard
3 c. Milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Brown sausage and drain well on a paper towel. Sprinkle crumbled sausage over the cheese. Beat eggs with mustard and milk. Pour over and refrigerate overnight. The next day, dilute soup with ½ c milk and pour over top. Bake 300º about 1 ½ hours. Let sit several minutes before serving.
