1 16 ounce pkg. linguine
1 cup chicken broth
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 pkg. (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/3 cup milk
2 T. cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the linguine according to package directions. Meanwhile in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring broth to a boil. Add onion and garlic. Reduce and cook for 2 minutes. Add milk, cream cheese, pepper; stir until cheese is melted. Drain linguine and place in a serving bowl. Add sauce and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses to coat.
