1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion
1 envelope spaghetti sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
8 ounce package sliced mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 T. oil
1 cup flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Brown beef and onion; add tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into prepared pan - top with sliced cheese. Beat eggs, milk and oil in small bowl. Add flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour batter over hot meat filling. Spread to cover. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until puffed and deep golden brown.
