1 Green Pepper
1 1/2 Cup Sugar (or Equal)
1 Medium Onion
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Medium Head Cabbage
1 Teaspoon celery Seed

Directions:

Chop all ingredients.
Mix ingredients for dressing and add to veggies.
Mix well and refrigerate.

Somebody gave this great slaw recipe to my sister Mary last week. They make it with Equal instead of sugar. I just bet that you'll like it. It keeps in the refrigerator for weeks.
