1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. (1 c.) swiss cheese, diced
3/4 c. cooked spinach (or to taste), rinsed and water
squeezed out
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. milk
2 T. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated
1 T. white portion of a green onion, chopped
1 uncooked pie shell

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into the pie shell. Bake at
350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in quiche
comes out clean.
