3 egg whites
Dash of salt
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup crushed chocolate Oreo cookies
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 t. vanilla
9 ounce container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly in lightly buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake in 325 oven for 35 minutes. Cool thoroughly and spread with Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed wafers on top. Chill for 3-4 hours.
