Pastry - 1 pie shell
Lemon filling:
1 pkg. lemon pie filling
3 egg yolks
Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/2 t. cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 t. salt
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced in half

Directions:
Directions:
For the lemon filling, follow directions on the package, except use three egg yolks. Pour filling in pie shell and chill 1/2 hour. Arrange sliced strawberries on top of filling.


Add meringue and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
