4 lbs of okra
2 links of Turkey Smoke Sausage
4 Chicken Breast
1 Large onion chop
1 spoonful of minced garlic
½ green bell pepper
2 stalks of green onion
2 cans of 8oz tomato sauce (Hunts)
1 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
1 10 oz can of Rotel diced tomatoes and green chile
1-32 oz of Chicken Broth
( Seafood may be added) 2 lbs of shrimps and six crabs cleaned & cut in half

Cut the chicken in cubes and season with Tony Chachere’s, garlic powder & cayenne pepper. Wash and cut the okra into small pieces. The Secret is to fry okra until liquid is dissolve. Stir Okra throughout cooking for an approximate 1 ½ hours.)
Lightly fry chicken in olive oil. Then fry smoke sausage. Put the lightly fried chicken and sausage in a 8 quart pot. Add Chicken broth. In the same frying pan, satuee the onion, minced garlic, bell pepper & green onion in olive oil. Then, put the tomato sauce into the pan with satuee vegatebles. Add a little water in can to get the remaining sauce and put into pot. Add spices. Salt, All purpose Soy Sauce, Cayenne pepper. Then mix the ingredients from the frying pan into the 8 quart pot. Add Rotel tomato. Allow to cook for an hour at a medium temperature. Stir often.
Peel shrimp & De-vein. Allow to cook for 50 minutes then add shrimp for ten minutes.
