2 pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch powdered mix
4 (12") flour tortillas
1 (4 oz) jar diced pimentos; drained VERY well
1 (2.5 oz) can chopped black olives, drained well
1 can chopped green chiles; drained VERY well

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 2 ingredients. Spread evenly on flour tortillas. Drain the next 3 ingredients very well and blot on paper towel. Sprinkle even amounts of the pepper/olive/pimento mixture on top of the cream cheese. Roll tortillas tightly. Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut rolls into 1" pieces. Discard ends. Serve with spirals facing up.
