6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
3 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 t. cinnamon
Dash of salt

Blend above well.

1/4 cup butter
2 large Granny Smith Apples

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 cup butter in frying pan. Add 2 apples, peeled and sliced. Heat until butter sizzles - do not brown.

Put apples into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and add batter. Sprinkle with 2-3 t. of brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at 425.
