1 - 20 oz. can cannellini beans with liquid
1 large can diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 C. each chopped celery, carrot and onion
3 beef bouillon cubes
6 C. water
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. olive oil
basil, oregano, thyme and parsley to taste (1/2 -1 tsp. of each)
1 clove minced garlic
8 oz.ditalini
grated Parmesan

Add all ingredients except pasta, pepper and cheese. Cook until vegetables are almost done then add pasta. Cook until pasta is done. Add water when necessary. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
