2 cans fiesta (Mexican) corn 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayo 1 sm. can chopped green chilies 3 chopped green onions 2-3 chopped jalapeņo peppers (opt.) 1/2 c. chopped red pepper 4 oz. grated cheddar cheese 4 oz. grated Monterey jack cheese
Mix everything together well, and chill for several hours before serving with chips.
