Round steak (enough to feed your family)
1 green pepper
1/2 onion, sliced
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can drained mushrooms, optional
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into serving sized pieces. Flour the pieces. Place in the bottom of a crockpot. Next cut up the green pepper and onion and place on top. Then the mushrooms. Spread the mushroom soup over the top of the meat. Then spread ketchup over the soup. Cook on low 8-10 hours.

The gravy that this makes is very flavorful. It is wonderful over mashed potatoes. It is an easy meal to fix and is nice when you don't have time to cook later in the day.
