8 cups apples, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 T. cornstarch
2 cups water
1 t. vanilla
Topping:
2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup melted margarine
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in 9 x 13 pan. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla in large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Pour over apples

Combine topping ingredients and crumble over apples. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Delicious with vanilla ice cream.
