1# of thick swiss steak
1/2 cup ketchup
1 medium onion
flour
salt and pepper
water
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cover steak with seasoned flour, Brown on both sides in hot oil in skillet that can go in the oven. Slice onion over meat. Spread ketchup over meat and add 1/2 cup water. Bake in oven at 350º for 1 hour. Potatoes can be placed on top of meat and cooked at the same time.
