4 lbs. roast beef
2 onions diced or 1package dry onion soup mix
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
6 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can green chili's
1 can chopped tomatoes and chili's

Directions:
Directions:
Cube a 4 lb. beef roast. Brown with diced onions. Combine ketchup, vinegar, water.brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, green chili's and tomatoes and chili's. Pour over meat in a crockpot and cook until tender. Mash with a potato masher or pull apart with a fork. Place on hamburger buns for delicious sandwiches.
