4 serving size pieces of tenderized round steak
flour
salt and pepper
1 large Onion
One can cream of mushroom soup
water
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cover steak with seasoned flour and brown in small amount of oil. You can use a skillet that will go into the over, a skillet on top the stove or an electric skilled. After meat is browned slice the onion on top, add the mushroom soup and a can of water. Set oven at 250 and place skillet into the over for an hour or cut heat on stove to a lower setting for an hour or cut temperature of electric skillet for an hour.. If using stovetop method watch as you may have to add water. Serve.

Mushroom soup makes a great gravy so this is especially good with mashed potatoes.
