4 - 6 peeled potatoes
1 medium onion chopped
celery (I freeze the tops of celery when I clean it and use this in my soup)
Salt
Pepper
Milk (approximately 3 cups
1/4 cup butter or oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into chunks, add onion and celery to taste and cook until tender. Drain and mash the potato mixture. Add milk and put back on stove to bring to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add butter and serve.
