4 - 6 peeled potatoes 1 medium onion chopped celery (I freeze the tops of celery when I clean it and use this in my soup) Salt Pepper Milk (approximately 3 cups 1/4 cup butter or oleo
Cut potatoes into chunks, add onion and celery to taste and cook until tender. Drain and mash the potato mixture. Add milk and put back on stove to bring to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add butter and serve.
