6 hard cook eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:

Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolk. Mash yolks and add remaining ingredients.
And easy way to do this is use a small plastic bag. You can mix the ingredients in the bag then cut off one corner and squeeze the yolk mixture back into the egg white. Keep refrigerated.
