"When I'm at a Chinese restaurant having a hard time with chopsticks, I always hope that there's a Chinese kid at an American restaurant somewhere who's struggling mightily with a fork."--Rick Budinich
6 hard cook eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar salt and pepper
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolk. Mash yolks and add remaining ingredients. And easy way to do this is use a small plastic bag. You can mix the ingredients in the bag then cut off one corner and squeeze the yolk mixture back into the egg white. Keep refrigerated.
