3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats


1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. soft butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream together all ingredients except flour and oats. Blend in flour and oats. Spread oat mixture into an ungreased 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes. Brush immediately with glaze.
