vegetable oil to fry doughnuts
1 stick of butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. sugar
pinch salt
1 c. flour mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 vanilla bean seeded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, water, 3 tbsp. sugar and salt together. Remove from heat and add flour mix. Place back on heat until the mixture forms into one big lump. Add 1 egg at a time to the mixture. Use an ice cream scoop to drop dough into oil.

Combine remaining sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Roll the fried doughnuts through the mixture place on a rack.
