Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large onions
1 medium red bell pepper
4 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Turn the grill on high. Peel the onions and cut them in half. Slice each half into crescent-shaped slices 1/4 inch thick. Place the slices into a large-size foil grilling bag. Seed and rinse the bell pepper and cut it in half. Cut each half into 1/4 inch strips, and add them to the bag. Add broccoli and mushrooms to the bag.

Pour the soy sauce and oil into a cup to combine. Pour mixture over the vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Secure bag and shake.

Place the bag flat on the grill, making sure vegetables are evenly distributed, and cook until the broccoli is crisp-tender, 8 - 10 minutes. Remove to a supporting pan, and use oven mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag allowing the steam to escape. Serves 8.
