3/4 c sugar
2 T cornstarch
1/8 t salt
1 T grated lemon rind
1/3 c lemon juice
1 egg beaten
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt very throughly. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly until thickened and cool. Filling for 2 layers.
